Job Description:
- Line sanitation sampling and testing
- Check on process control parameters
- Daily dripper Checking /Testing
- Checking & Testing Raw material
- Microbiological Testing
- Finished Product Physio chemical and SensoryTesting
- Sample arrangement for incubation
- Maintenance and calibration of lab equipment
- Data entry and compilation for review
- Assist in supervision of finished product
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in biochemistry
- At least 1 Year experienced in QA/QC
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Good command of speaking, reading and writing in English
- Can speaking Chinese or Vietnamese is an advancing
